Control the web speed on buffer track bottles
The ultrasonic sensors from microsonic with IO-Link detect the amount of products on the buffer track after which will be determined what the optimal web speeds is on the transport route.
Realising an optimal filling level of the transport procedure with ultrasonic sensors
With buffer tracks, the aim is to achieve an optimal filling level of the transport route without damaging the product to be transported. The buffer lanes are divided into zones, each zone is monitored by a microsonicultrasonic sensor. The sensor detects the amount of products in the zone at which the buffer speed is determined.
For customers that rather want to process the signal of the sensors via the serial bidirectional point-to-point IO-Link connection there are the lcs+ and pico+ series from microsonic. IO-Link want to process, the microsonic lcs+ and pico+ series are also available.
