For the proper functioning of our website and the optimal provision of personal service, it is necessary to collect data. Sensor Partners makes every effort to keep this private data really private. Website & Hosting

Our website is developed with WooCommerce software, we have chosen Hoasted for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Hoasted has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Hoasted is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Data processing

General purpose of the processing
Data is only provided to other parties if this is necessary for our services. This includes our suppliers, transporters, payment providers and IT service providers and business units within the Sensor Group (Sensor Beheer BV). All parties we work with must also adhere to the rules set out in the GDPR. Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Participation in tax or criminal investigations

Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
