The microsonic cube-130/ffiu provides non-contact measurement of the distance to an object with a probing range of 2000mm. The switching output is activated based on the set switching distance.
Microsonic cube-130/FFIU
The microsonic cube-130/FFIU is an ultrasonic distance sensor from the cube series.
IO-link integration
The Cube-130/FFIU supports IO-Link version 1.1.2 as well as the Smart Sensor Profile.
compatible according to the IO-Link specification V1.1 and supports the Smart Sensor profile, such as the profile for measurement and switching sensors. The sensor can be controlled and parameterized via IO-Link.
Four LEDs
Four LEDs show all operating conditions in each mounting position. The sensor status is clearly visible.
2 x LED green 2x LED yellow.
Two output stages are available:
- Push-Pull switching output in pnp or npn wiring.
- Push-Pull switching output and 1 analog output or switchable to 2nd switching output.
With Link Control or IO-Link, the analog output can be deactivated and a second Push-Pull switching output can be activated instead. The second switching output can be used, for example, in level monitoring to control overflow.
Internal alignment aid
Internal alignment aid allows the sensor to be optimally aligned with the object during installation.
Using the two Teach-in buttons T1 and T2
The two Teach-in buttons T1 and T2 make it easy to set the cube sensors (microsonic Teach-in).
