Area monitoring and access control in industrial environments
The SLS serie are safety laser scanners from DataSensing which work with a Time-of-Flight measurement. These scanners are deployed in applications for area scanning and speed monitoring around AGV's and other moving vehicles in industrial environments. The scanners can also be used for access control around (spaces with) machines with an integrated muting function.
Reliable solution in industrial circumstances
The safety laser scanners are extremely reliable in environments with industrial circumstances. The sensors have rotating connectors so they can be easily installed. Moreover they are immune to light, dust resistant and have a big temperature range of -10°C - 50 °C.
Easy configuration
Up to 4 scanners can be connected with 1 cable. With the (DL sentinel) software on a PC or laptop the scanners can be easily configured via an ethernet communication with the scanner. With the auto-teaching function the safety and warning zones are easily designed and set up.
The offer of SLS safety laser scanners
There are a couple of versions available within the SLS series. The first distinction is made in the choice between a standalone, master or slave scanner. Then a distinction is made in the range and finally in the type of connector. The models differ in the max. number of safety & warning zones and a max. number of zone sets that can be set up.
