Thermal cameras for the automation
The thermal cameras for the automation are suited for visualising and alarming temperature differences and hot spots for example for scalding and fire detection in waste bunkers and sheds with warehouse and storage, hot spot detectie in production processes, hotmelt control, seal control and various machine vision applications where temperature play a role.
Visualising hot spots with the compact FLIR A35
The FLIR A35 is a very compact (40 mm x 43 mm x 106 mm) and cost efficient thermal camera suited for example for condition monitoring, process control/ quality warranty & fire prevention. Because of the compact shape this camera is easy to integrate in systems for a visual temperature monitoring in the smallest spaces. The A35 is one of the few thermal cameras on the market which can be set up with the GeniCam software with which it is ideal for use in Machine Vision applications. Furthermore there is the possibility for the synchronisation of multiple cameras with the master/slave function. Finally the A35 is easy to use in combination with the FLIR Tools software. With this several image analysis can be carried out. For more functionalities you can also choose for the FLIR Tools+.
