Large detection area
The HR-50 UNI from Hotron is a radar sensor for mounting above swing and sliding doors up to 2.2 meters high. From this height, the sensor has a range over an area that extends up to 4 meters. This ensures timely detection and activation of the door for fast moving pedestrians and/or vehicles. To determine the direction of detection, the antenna can be rotated 360° in the desired direction.
Usability in swinging doors
With the help of the unidirectional detection, the HR-50 UNI radar sensor can be used as a door sensor that activates swing doors.
Safety for pedestrians
Not only fast moving pedestrians but also slowly approaching persons can be reliably detected for safe activation of the door. This is possible due to the so-called Turtle Mode of the HR50-UNI.
