Large detection area
The HR50 from Hotron is a bidirectional radar sensor for mounting above swing and sliding doors up to 2.2 meters high. From this height, the sensor has a range over an area that extends up to 4 meters. This ensures timely detection and activation of the door for fast moving pedestrians and/or vehicles. To determine the direction of detection, the antenna can be rotated 360° in the desired direction.
Usability in swinging doors
With the help of the bidirectional detection, the HR50 radar sensor can be used as a door sensor that activates swing doors.
