lcs+600/F is an ultrasonic sensor in cubic housing with 1 x PNP / NPN switching output, IO-Link interface (version 1.0.1) and a range of 600 - 8,000 mm. The lcs+600/F/A is the successor of this sensor.
NOTE: The lcs+600/F has been replaced by the lcs+600/F/A. The new sensor version is equipped with IO-Link 1.1 that supports Smart Sensor Profiel. Do you rather configure the sensors with LinkControl? Please keep in mind that this new sensor needs a new set of parameters. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
Description
The lcs+600/F ultrasonic sensor from microsonic with 1x PNP / NPN switching output and IO-Link interface has a measuring range from 600 mm to 8000 mm.
lcs+ ultrasonic sensors
The lcs+sensors have a cube-shaped plastic (PBT) housing (62.2 mm x 62.2 mm) with 4 mounting holes. All status information about the operation of the sensor is provided by 2x two-color LEDs. With two buttons, T1 and T2, all lcs+ sensor can be configured (Teach-in).
LinkControl
The LCA-2 LinkControl adapter allows the user to make use of the extensive configuration possibilities of the lcs+ sensors. Through the LCA-2 LinkControl adapter, that is available as an accessory, the lcs+ sensors can be connected to the PC.
Synchronization of the lcs+ sensors
Easy to configure - In applications where multiple lcs+ sensors are used, the sensors can be synchronized in order to prevent mutual interference. In order to set this up, all sensors have to be connected to each other through pin 5. When there are more than 10 sensors, a SyncBox 1can be used. Synchronization through pin 5 is also possible in IO-Link mode.
IO-Link
The lcs+340/F/A and lcs+600/F/A have a PushPull switching output and support IO-Link version 1.1 as well as Smart Sensor Profile.
