LAM 52.21

The LAM 52.21 is an industrial laser distance sensor suitable for robust distance measurements. The measurements are available via an analog 4-20mA output or via RS422.

There are different measurement options such as:

• Single measurement after receiving a trigger signal on the digital input
• Single measurement after receiving a trigger signal on the via RS-422
• Continuous measurement at set measurement speed (up to 50 measurements per second)
• Continuous measurement with variable measuring times (robust measurements on different measurement surfaces)

The digital output makes it possible, for example, to indicate whether an object is within a certain range or at a certain position.

The LAM52.21 can be set via RS-422, after saving the parameters, the laser distance sensor works standalone.

The laser class 2 makes the use of the laser safe under normal use.
