Industrial doors

The SG15 light grids from Telco Sensors are especially designed as a standalone safety product at for example industrial doors or overhead doors. Moreover, the SG15 series is TÜV certifiied as an E-Device in accordance with the EN 12453 guideline. This makes the light grids replace conventional safety edges. Available with profiles ranging from 193 and 265 cm and the choice between a OSE or Solid state output.

ULD 913 induction loop (single or double)

The ULD 913 from Hotron is an underground layed induction loop with a single or double coil for the detection of vehicles in the access technology for example with industrial doors or overhead doors. Because of an output with permanent presence the closing of gates, doors and barriers are prevented in the case of a present static vehicle. This sensor is especially suited for the detection of high trailers of trucks and has 4 adjustable frequentie ranges (20-140 kHz). With just one controller it is possible to control two induction loops for a cost efficient solution.

The security and presence- and movement detection with Hotron

Moreover the door switches of Hotron are capable to open elevator doors easily, contactless or with a single push on a button. The highest priority of Hotron is guaranteeing the safety in and around industrial doors or overhead doors.

HR400IND safety sensor

The Hotron HR400-IND is a unique safety sensor for the presence and motion detection of fast-moving vehicles at industrial doors. The HR400-IND can be mounted high in the middle above the door up to a height of 4.7 meters and activate the industrial door by means of reliable detection. Due to the large detection field (6 meters wide and 4 meters high), fast vehicles are detected in time and unnecessary opening of the door is prevented. This also benefits safety and ensures less energy costs in buildings and (air-conditioned) warehouses.

HR-ROBUS door sensor

The HOTRON HR-ROBUS is a robust and fully waterproof door sensor for movement detection of fast driving vehicles and persons at big industrial (roller) doors up to a 7 meter height. With the remote the door sensor can be easiliy set up.

KABUTO radar sensor

The Hotron Kabuto is an unique hybrid detection system using active infrared technology and radar doppler technology for for the presence, movement and direction detection of people and objects at industrial doors. The Kabuto can be mounted high in the middle above the door (3.5 to 6.5 meters height) and activate the industrial door by means of reliable detection. This can prevent the door from being left open unnecessarily or closes the moment people or objects are near the door.
