Sensor Partners offers a wide range of light curtains for industrial automation with the robust products of Telco Sensors . Suitable for measuring, detecting and counting (irregular) objects in industrial environmental conditions. Consider the product inspection of pipes by means of a diameter measurement.

In addition, there are specific light curtains that are known for their performance access technology. These light curtains have therefore become a household name in this industry. This includes use in applications such as high-speed doors, industrial doors and gates, car wash and elevators. Thus, safe and efficient access is guaranteed.

These light curtains are distinguished in the market by the high beam resolution, a protection class for the most challenging environments, the large measuring range and the high insensitivity to light interference from external light sources. In addition, the light curtains with separate transmitter and receiver can be very easily aligned in relation to each other and all series are easy to assemble.

The SS01 series

The Telco Sensors SS01 series is a series of light grids for detection applications in industrial automation. Suitable for use in dirty or wet environments. Available in various profile heights between 16 cm and 198 cm. The grids have a range of 4 or 10 meters and a beam spacing of 5, 10 or 20 mm. All light grids are equipped with a solid-state relay output (NC).

The SS02 series

The SS02 serie light grids from Telco Sensors have a range up to 10 meter. The light grids have a firm IP67 aluminium housing of 33 x 36 mm, available in lengths ranging from 300 mm up to 1980 mm. The SS02 series has a 2-wired analog output (4-20 mA or 0-10 V) and a maximum of four seperate digital output and has also the possibility for an IO-Link output, through an IO-Link module. Furthermore, there is additional PC software for the configuration and monitoring of the light grids.

The SG1 series

The SG1 series from Telco Sensors are light curtains that consist of a transmitter and a receiver in a aluminium housing, for example usable in elevators. This light curtain is available in 12-36Vdc with a 5-wire cable and a relay. The light curtain is also equipped with a time-out function, which can be turned off. Advanced signal tracking (AST) eliminates the need for on-site adjustments or configurations during installation.

The SG2 series

The light grids from the SG 2 series of Telco Sensors is one of the most widely used light grid series for the protection of lift doors and complies with EN 81-20. The series is available in leading edge or slim line housing. In addition to a standard version, a version with electrical synchronization and a version with both electrical synchronization and OSE output are possible to choose from. Available in profile heights of 200 cm.

The SG10 series

Telco Sensors SG10 series light grids that are specially designed for securing sliding gates, fencing and other statically arranged and horizontally closing access systems. Moreover the light grids are suited for outdoor applications. The SG10 is available with profile heights of 85 cm up to 280 cm and a choice can be made in range up to 10 meter or 14 meter.

The SG11 series

The SG11 serie are light grids specially usable in elevators. the light grids meet the EN 81-20 and work in combination with the SGC 11 controllers. The light grids are available with a profileof 200 cm or 210 cm and in a leading edge or slim line housing.

The SG15 series

The SG15 light grids from Telco Sensors are specially designed as a standalone safety product in automated doors and gates, while also being TÜV certifiied as an E-Device in accordance with the EN 12453 guideline. This makes the light grids replace conventional safety edges. Available with profiles ranging from 193 and 265 cm and the choice between a OSE or Solid state output.

The SG25 series

The SG25 series from Telco Sensors are very suitable for car washes, because of the waterproof housing and an IP67 protection degree. The light grids are available in profile heights from 85 cm up to 280 cm. The grids have a 46 mm beam spacing with a 5 meter fixed cable connection. The SG25 series has a range of 10 meters.

The SGP30 series

The SGP30 series from Telco Sensors are light grids for industrial automation. The light grids have a sturdy aluminum profile with T-lock mounting and are available in various lengths up to 198 cm. The SGP30 is a special version based on object reflection, in which the transmitter and receiver are in 1 housing.

The BX04 & BX10 series

The BX04/BX10 from Micro Detectors is a set of transmitter and receiver area sensors with a 90 cm profile height. Within the series the preferred model is determined by connection type (connector or fixed cable), beam resolution, measuring range, protection class and specific features such as an ATEX-certified edition, air-cooled housing and others. These area sensors are suited perfectly for detecting products ans objects in automated systems fast and accurately.

The CR0 & CR1 series

The CR0 serie & the CR1 serie from Micro Detectors are retro-reflective polarized area sensors. These sensors make use of a reflector and can detect objects that interrupt the broadcasted light or reflect back with less intensity to the sensor. The CR0 serie has a detection height of 69 mm and the CR1 has a detection height of 149 mm. With the Teach-in button the sensors can be set up and a blanking function can be installed.

The CX0 & CX2 series

The CX0 serie & CX2 series of Micro Detectors consists of a wide range of transmitter and receiver area sensors with active heights from 160 up to 960 mm. Within the available active heights, a choice can be made for a channel spacing of 5, 10 or 20 mm. In addition, there are options with a digital output (PNP/NPN), an analog 4-20 mA/0-10 V output or a version with a combination of a PNP and a 0-10 V output. The versions with an analog output are able to perform a height measurement in addition to product detection. All versions also have a Teach-in with a blanking function and a test input.

The NX series

The NX serie from Micro Detectors are transmitter and receiver area sensors without housing with a axial or right-angled profile, a range up to 2 meter and the choice between a digital PNP or NPN and NO or NC output. The NX series is for example used to detect products in a vending machine.
