    Photoelectric sensors with background suppression

    Photoelectric sensors with a background suppression function as a photoelectric sensor with diffuse proximity or reflex barriers, with an additional function. These sensors only detect objects within a defined zone. The sensor detects everything that passes between the sensor and the taught background.

    The SP2000 series

    The SP2000 series from Telco Sensors consists of photoelectric sensors with background suppression. What characterises this series is the potentiometer which helps with sensitivity adjustment. A choice can be made in output type (NPN or PNP) and the connection (cable or rotatable connector), Available with a measurement range of 50 cm or 2 m.

    The QE series

    The QE series from Micro Detectors has rectangular photoelectric sensors in miniature housing with a switching frequency of 1 kHz. The photoelectric sensors are adjustable through a potentiometer and can be switched Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC).

    The QF series

    The QF series of Micro Detectors consists of photoelectric sensors with background suppression in a square stainless steel housing for use in the food industry and other challenging environments due to the ECOLAB certification and IP69K sealing degree. The sensors are equipped with NPN/PNP (NO+NC) switching outputs and switching frequencies up to 1 kHz.

    The QM series

    The QM series from Micro Detectors consists of high performance photoelectric sensors in miniature housing. With a switching frequency of 2 kHz, a measuring range of 400 mm and background suppression, this sensor is performance-oriented.

    The FFRS series

    The FFRS series from Micro Detectors comes with a total package of features that makes it useful in the most challenging applications. These photoelectric sensors with background suppression have an ECOLAB certificate, a sealing degree of IP68 and IP69K, a stainless steel housing and the option for an ATEX-compliant version.

    The SS-SP series

    The SS-SP serie from Micro Detectors are M18 photoelectric sensors in a aluminium or brass housing. The sensors have an IP67 protection degree and all models are fully protected against electrical damages. The sensors with background suppression from the SS-SP serie have a range up to 100 mm, have a PNP (NO), PNP (NO/NC) or an NPN (NO/NC) digital output and are equipped with a 2 meter fixed cable or a 4-pin M12-connector.
