Positioning lasers

ZD series

The ZD series are universal mini lasers in a bras Ø11 mm housing with an excellent visibility regardless the power. The positioning lasers are often used in the wood,- stone,- tire,- and metal industry. Maximum power of 15 mW with a red laser and 40 mW with a green laser. Available with a line,- dot,- or a cross projection. Multiple power supplies are available (3-6Vdc, 24 Vdc or 5-24 Vdc).

ZM18 series

The ZM18 series are lasers in an aluminium housing with a ø20mm laser head and a M18 thread. The ZM18 is proven as a perfect allround solution for positioning,- and image processing applications. The lasers are available as a red, green, blue or infrared laser. The lasers are available with a maximum output power of 200 mW. Available with a manual or fixed focus which are easy to use and have an IP67 water and dust resistent housing.

ZM12 series

The ZM12 series are lasers in an aluminium / bras housing with a ø15mm laser head and a M12 thread. The ZM12 is proven as a perfect allround solution for positioning,- and machine vision applications. The lasers are available as a red line,- or dot laser with a power up to 30 mW and have an IP67 water and dust resistent housing. Available with a manual or fixed focus.

ZA series

ZR series

The ZR series are positioning lasers in an aluminium ø40mm housing. The red laser with a power up to 40 mW is suited to be used in harsh environments. The sensors have an integrated power supply (90-265VAC). With the assymetrical optics on the sensors it is possible to perform long line projections up to 15 meter without it being at the expense of the intensity.

ZX series

ZT series

The ZT series are positioning lasers in a bras Ø14mm housing. It is a compact laser which is suited for positioning applications in the textile industry. Available as a red laser with maximum output power up to 5 mW. The ZT lasers are available as a dot,- cross,- dot/cross,- small cross,- or a big cross projection. It is possible to integrate the lasers into existing machines and systems.

ZRG series

The ZRG-F series are line projection lasers in an aluminium Ø40mm housing. These serie of lasers project a bright green line with an output power up to 40 mW and will provide a perfect visibility. The lasers are used in the sawmill, the nature stone industrie or in the textile industry. The IP67 protection degree ensures a waterproof and dust resistent housing.

ZQ1 series

The ZQ1 series are line lasers with wave lengths from 405 up to 808 nm. The ZQ1 has been developed for the most demanding measurement applications in the market. Wherever a high output power (up to 1700 mW), exceptional beam performance, and industrial-suited design is needed, the ZQ1 series is the right choice. The ZQ1 has an integrated active cooling, is manually focusable and has an IP67 water and dust resistent housing.

ZAT series

The ZAT series are lasers in a robust Ø20mm bras housing. These lasers work with patented power supply via an AA battery or a reloadable battery. Available as a red cross,- dot,- or line laser with a maximum output power of 5 mW. A small teach-in button on the backside of the sensor is used to turn the laser ON and OFF. The ZAT serie is a hig-quality alternative of the previous ZA serie. These lasers are suited to be used in the wood,- stone,- and metal industry

ZRX series

The ZRX series are positioning lasers in an alumnium Ø40mm housing with a double line laser suited for cross projections with a range up to 5 x 5m at a 4 meter distance. Available with a red laser with maximum output power of 15x15 mW or a green laser with power up to 20x20 mW. The sensors have an integrated power supply (90-265VAC) with a high sound immunity. The ZRX serie lasers are mainly used in the textile industry or the mechanical engineering.
