Indutrade Benelux has acquired the Sensor Group group of companies. Mr. Giezenberg, founder and former owner of Sensor Group and Robert Timmer, senior vice president Benelux at Indutrade, signed the agreement for this purpose July 24. Mr. Giezenberg will stay on as general manager after the transaction.
Sensor Beheer (trade name Sensor Group) includes the companies Sensor Partners B.V., Sensor B.V. and Vision Partners B.V. The technical trading companies within the Sensor Group supply sensors for industrial and maritime (automation) applications. They are experts in the field of non-contact detection, measurement, control, counting, monitoring and identification. The sensors are used in OEM applications, but also in production processes of end users. Sensor Group operates from the Netherlands (Drunen) and Belgium (Zellik).
The companies that fall under Sensor Management each have their own core business, but the same goal: providing customers with an appropriate product, which contributes to improving applications, increasing product quality and early detection of deviations in processes.
