Machinery maintenance


Industrial machinery such as motors, pumps and fans require regular maintenance. The interval of this maintenance can be adjusted based on the age of the machinery fleet, its use and any problems that have occurred. Using IoT sensors, the condition of the asset can determine when maintenance is needed. This is known as condition-based maintenance or predictive maintenance, and it has been proven to be the most efficient way to maintain the machine park.

The Neuron Vibration Sensor measures vibration level and surface temperature every two minutes. The sensor has a built-in magnet on the back for easy installation. Temperature measurement is done through the magnet.This allows for identification of potential hazards and proactive response to prevent potential malfunctions.
