Full-time - region Drunen (NL)

About the position

In this position you will be jointly responsible for the growth of Sensor Partners. As Lead you manage the Tech & Support team, understand the needs of the (potential) customer, provide customer-specific advice and ensure that the offered solutions are lucrative for all involved.

As Lead Tech & Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Tech & Support team;
  • Translating customer requests into technical solutions;
  • Consulting sales of innovative products and services;
  • Preparing and following up on quotations;
  • Following up and settling complaints & service requests;
  • Administering in Pipedrive and AFAS;
  • Report during (sales) meetings;
  • Coordinating projects;
  • Identifying market trends and sharing insights with the Sales team.

Profile

  • Technically or commercially skilled (MBO+/HBO);
  • Knowledge of industrial automation or willing to learn this quickly;
  • Communicatively strong, reliable and able to build long-term customer relationships;
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Five years of experience (in similar position is a plus);
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
