The sensors of microsonic's lcs+, sks- and pico+ series that are equipped with IO-Link support are from now on provided with IO-Link version 1.1. Read here what this can mean for you as a customer of these IO-Link sensors.

Both the pico+, sks- and also the lcs+ sensors with IO-Link get the extension /A in the type name. All these models have IO-Link 1.1 and support Smart Sensor Profile. Please note that this updated version no longer supports IO-Link version 1.0. For example, if you use the pico+15/F exchanges for the pico+15/F/A, you must enter the new device ID in the IO-Link master configure. Thus the old and new models are not interchangeable without modification in the IO-Link master. In SIO mode, the sensors are of course compatible with each other. The old models without the /A extension are discontinued and are only available while stocks last.
